Kelly Haab-Tallitsch, attorney
In an industry full of new regulations and federal agency rulings, Kelly can narrow down information and help her clients see what is relevant to them. Her background in corporate human resources allows her to understand her clients’ predicaments. She knows how a legal matter can impact an organization and can help clients proactively address legal issues.
Kelly regularly counsels clients on employee benefit compliance, helping employers understand their obligations under the Affordable Care Act and how to comply with the ERISA and the Internal Revenue Code. She defends clients against general employment discrimination claims and handles matters such as the Department of Labor benefit plan audits and designing compliant deferred compensation plans.
When she is not in the office she is with her husband and three kids, attending soccer games, dance performances and school events. She is also a volunteer Board Member for TriCity Family Services, a local community mental health agency.
